Church Refurbishment -
Phase One - Completed
Supported by various funding partners including Historic Scotland, Heritage Lottery Fund, Scottish Churches Architectural Heritage Trust, Glasgow City Council and parishioners & friends of Sacred Heart we have just completed the first phase of a three phase essential refurbishment of our church building.
The first phase involved the re-roofing of the whole church, treatment for damp and replacement of guttering. Essentially the church has been made wind and water tight once again.
Much is still to be done to ensure the building can be made secure, such as replacement windows, repointing and repair to much of the stone work etc........
Whilst we do have some support from various agencies we do need your help to move on to the next stages of the work.
If you can help please send donations payable to -
